Men, our spring Men’s Retreat is back! Join us and bring a friend for a restful and meaningful time together with other guys. What can you expect? Great food and snacks, practical biblical teaching, low-key discussion, engaging worship, variety of free-time options, and time to just connect as guys. You won’t want to miss this!

What will we be focusing on during worship times?

Theme: “Stepping In: Saying ‘yes’ to a life of adventure with God”

Key Scripture:

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9

Brief Description: If you dig into the Bible, there are stories in there that read like an action movie! But with the pressures of the day to day grind… it’s easy to let our spiritual life become boring and predictable. Do you ever wonder if God is calling you to an adventure? What might that look like for you? During this retreat, we’ll explore:

– the adventures God is calling you to

– how to hear from God more

– how to be more of the man God created you to be

– how to live the adventure while still operating in the “real world”

– and… we’ll have a lot of fun too!

Shooting Range

During our afternoon freetime, we will have a target shooting range open for participants. We intend for this to be a safe and fun experience for guys of all experience levels! A trained range officer will oversee the range and safety of the range for the weekend-thanks, Jordan! *There is an additional cost of $5 for this activity. Here are some more details:

Can I bring my own gun? Yes. This will be a rifle only range with no other weapons welcome. Rifles can be no greater than 30 calliber. If you bring your own rifle, it must be cased and turned in at registration in the Dining Hall where we will lock up all weapons together in a safe, secure location. They will be available to take to the range Saturday afternoon and will then be returned to the locked location until the retreat is over. Please bring your own ammunition if you’re bringing your own gun.

What if I don’t bring a rifle? We will have several rifles and ammunition for you available to shoot.

What about safety? Safety is our top priority with this range. Our range officer will ensure all rules and directions are followed. Any deviation from the directions of the range officer in staff will result in removal from the range.

What form must I sign? All participants in the range are required to sign our Release, Waiver, Hold Harmless, and Assumption of the Risk Agreement form. It can be downloaded below on this page to print and return, or we will have copies available at registration for you to sign upon your arrival Friday evening.
